These terms form an agreement between SafeKey Lab (“SafeKey”, “we”) and you, and the organisation you represent, covering all use of safekeylab.com.

By accessing any part of this site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

We may revise these terms at any time by posting a revised version here with a new date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it. Checking this page periodically is your responsibility.

The site is provided for your own informational use. You may read it, quote it fairly with attribution, and link to it.

You may not scrape it at a volume that burdens it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it to develop a competing description of capability you did not build.

If you are an individual rather than an organisation, you confirm you are at least 18. These terms are void where prohibited, and access is revoked in those jurisdictions.

We may change, suspend, or withdraw the site or any part of it at any time, without notice or liability.

Nothing here grants any right or licence to any SafeKey product, evaluation, trial, dataset, or documentation. To obtain access to any of those you must enter into a separate written agreement with us.

Measured results, operational reports, control evidence, integration guides, and technical detail are released under agreement only. Requesting them starts a conversation; it does not create an entitlement to them.

Everything on this site describes capability at a point in time. It is not a warranty, not a specification you can hold us to, and not an offer to sell.

Readiness levels, capability scope, and maturity change as the work does. The position that binds us is whatever we put in writing to you directly.

Statements about future capability are forward-looking and are not commitments.

Certain capability we build is export-controlled. Access to it is subject to eligibility review, including US-person status where that applies, and is granted case by case under agreement.

Nothing on this site is an offer to supply controlled technology to any person in any jurisdiction. You may not access or use this site in violation of export control or sanctions law, and you confirm you are not a restricted party under those regimes.

The content, design, product names, and marks on this site belong to SafeKey Lab or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant no licence to them beyond reading the site.

Do not restate our capability claims as your own, and do not use our marks in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership that does not exist.

Outbound links are offered for convenience and we do not control or endorse what is on the other end.

Where third-party organisations are named on this site — including in describing the prior professional experience of individual team members — those names identify the organisation only. They do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership.

These terms are governed by the law of the United States and of the state in which SafeKey Lab is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
